All advisors who are professional have participated in courses, training programs throughout their career. They continue to do so as most licenses require Continuing Education credits for their renewal.
Sadly this training while helpful may not lead to the kind of relationship your client wants or needs, especially in times of economic turmoil.
Most of our training is focused upon tools or procedures that is all supposed to be objective, logical, unemotional. We as advisors are thinking with our left brain only.
