What is Your opinion??

On Tuesday, September 13th, I was reading through my twitter timeline and came across a tweet referring to this article: http://www.advisor.ca/tax/tax-…..rrsp-57243

Now I am all for people trying to help Canadians with financial literacy, but this article disturbed me greatly. This is what I tweeted:

RT @advisorca: Go ahead and tap that RRSP http://lnkd.in/jbpGNS what pathetic advice. The scenario is contrived. Many things overlooked.

Well @advisorca tweeted me and asked what I would suggest instead? So I am going to try to answer that.
