Looking for some feedback re my situation.  Have been using Maximizer as a contact manager software for 10+ years.  Used Palm Treo phones for most of the same time.  Was always able to synchronize with a USB cable (or other cable) the calenadars and contacts between my phone and computer.  Am ow a Blackberry user (Torch 9810) and after switching phones found out (by personal experience) that Maximizer 10 and 11 Entrepreneur editions don't synchronize with the 9810.  Apparently Maximizer believes that all phones should synchronize only over the internet, which means that I would need a static IP address, which I don't need.

So looking for contact manager software that would synchronize via USB cable with a Torch 9810.

   Any comments would be appreciated.

I use "Act! by Sage for Financial Professionals" along with "CompanionLink Express" – also with a Torch 9810.

It allows for tethered sync, wireless sync, sync via Google, sync to Outlook, etc. etc..

If you want to migrate to Act! from Maximizer, and need to import histories instead of just contact information, check out cicorp.com.
