ING’s American investment and employee benefits branches are now called Voya Financial.

The rest of ING U.S.’s properties, including Retirement Solutions, will be renamed Voya on September 1.

ING, as Voya Investment Management, manages about US$204 billion for institutions and individual investors. As Voya Employee Benefits, ING manages the benefit plans of more than 4.4 million people.
