The Ontario Securities Commission has chosen all members of its Small and Medium Enterprises Committee.

The purpose of the committee is to advise OSC staff on matters related to small and medium enterprises, such as educating staff on the operational and capital-raising challenges of Canadian businesses.

This is key since OSC staff recognize the contribution of small businesses, including both private companies and venture issuers, to economic growth and job creation in Ontario.
