PwC Canada has purchased Biond Consulting, a business technology firm.

As a result, Biond founder Ramy Sedra will join PwC as a partner in the firm’s consulting practice. As well, 26 of Biond’s current staff members will move to PwC’s Montreal, Toronto and Calgary offices.

“We’re looking forward to offering…clients significant depth of expertise in…analytics…and performance management, particularly in key industries such as government, retail, financial services and natural resources,” says Philip Grosch, PwC’s leader of national technology consulting.
