Good staff are key to helping your practice succeed, but once they’re in the door, don’t be so sure they’re sticking around, indicates a survey by LinkedIn.

The Washington Post breaks down the study, which asked 18,000 workers in 26 countries about their job satisfaction, and which career-advancing activities they did in the past month.

Nearly half (46%) edited their resume or professional profile, while 44% looked into ways to update their skills and improve their career path. Some 40% looked into companies they’d like to work for, and 39% received a message from a recruited, the Post reports.
