Aston Hill announces fund termination

Aston Hill Capital Markets, manager of the Voya Global Income Solutions Fund, has announced that that fund will be terminated on or about November 30, 2016.

On or about that date, the fund will distribute to unitholders their pro rata portions of the remaining assets of the fund attributable to each class of units. Payment is expected to be made as soon as practicable. Unitholders need not take any action to receive the payment.

The decision was made to terminate the fund by the manager, in accordance with the fund’s declaration of trust.
