Avison Young hires valuation specialist

Avison Young has hired a real estate valuation and advisory professional.

Toivo Heinsaar has joined the firm to help expand its property appraisal and advisory services across Canada, effective immediately. He will work in the Toronto offices and serve clients throughout Ontario and on a national basis.

Previously, Heinsaar was the director of real estate valuation at Deloitte. He has 18 years of industry experience.

Mark Fieder, a managing director at Avison Young, says Heinsaar will work with “clients [who] require commercial brokerage, mortgage financing, project management and asset or facilities management services.”
