The decision to terminate the funds is due to the relatively small asset size and the small number of securityholders.

Securityholders may redeem or switch their investments in the funds until the close of business on September 17, 2013. Investments held in a registered account can be transferred to BMO Money Market Fund. Securityholders will not be required to pay any redemption fees or sales charges upon redemption of their investment or the termination of the funds.
