CIBC Asset Management announces portfolio sub-advisor changes

Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. (MSIM) and Rothschild Asset Management Inc. are new portfolio sub-advisors for CIBC Asset Management Inc., effective on or about December 16, 2016, and January 24, 2017, respectively, for the following mandates:

• Imperial U.S. Equity Pool

As sub-advisors, MSIM and Rothschild Asset Management join CIBC Asset Management, American Century Investment Management, Pzena Investment Management (Pzena) and Sustainable Growth Advisers (SGA).

MSIM and Rothschild Asset Management join INTECH Investment Management, Pzena and SGA.
