CIBC brings new director on board

Kevin Kelly has been elected to CIBC’s board of directors.

Kelly is a corporate director with more than 30 years experience in wealth and asset management in Canada and the U.S. He was also lead director of the Ontario Securities Commission for the last two years, and commissioner from 2006 up until 2010.
