Collins Barrow director joins ICAO inspection committee

Collins Barrow’s National Director of Professional Practice, Jim King, has joined the Practice Inspection Committee at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO).

King will ensure public accountants throughout the province adhere to the professional standards set out by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and ICAO.

The appointment is a continuation of Jim’s work at Collins Barrow, where he is responsible for the firm’s Peer Review program. “Collins Barrow constantly examines accounting and assurance processes to protect public interests,” says King.
