Mark Dwor, a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia, will serve a three-year term. Dwor is also a sole practitioner, and among his practice areas are intellectual property and international transactions. Quick facts The CRA Board of Management is responsible for overseeing the organization and administration of the agency, as well as the management of its resources, services, property, personnel, and contracts. The board also brings a forward-looking, strategic perspective to the CRA’s operations. It’s comprised of 15 members, including the chair, commissioner, and 11 directors nominated by the provinces and territories (the Governor in Council appoints all members).
