Do celebrity properties sell faster than regular homes?

You may think that the former homes of celebrities are more attractive than other real estate listings.

But that’s not always the case, especially if the star in question isn’t currently making headlines, according to real estate agents that recently spoke to The Wall Street Journal.

Right now, notes WSJ, several celebrity homes are on the market, including Billie Holiday’s onetime townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Read more.
