Franklin Templeton Investments Corp. has launched two dividend-focused funds in its corporate class structure.

Bissett Canadian High Dividend Corporate Class and Bissett Dividend Income Corporate Class benefit investors who want income and capital appreciation through diversified exposure.

The prior focuses on high-dividend paying Canadian equities across sectors and market capitalizations. Portfolio managers will find companies offering high and stable to modestly growing dividends.

Meanwhile, the latter seeks high current income by investing primarily in Canadian and U.S. dividend-paying preferred and common stocks, and invests in bonds to a maximum of 25% of the fund’s total assets.
