Horizons announces ETF closures

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. have announced they will be terminating certain ETFs effective at the close of business on or about Friday, September 9, 2016. The classes of the ETFs being terminated are as follows:

Horizons Cdn Equity Managed Risk ETF – Class E (HUT) and Advisor Class (HUT.A)

Horizons US Equity Managed Risk ETF – Class E (HUS.U) and Advisor Class (HUS.V)

Effective immediately, no further direct subscriptions for units of the terminated ETFs will be accepted.
