I was overpaid, says former TD CEO

Former TD bank CEO Ed Clark says there’s a wide spread between the average incomes of bank staff and Canadians, and the pay of top executives, reports CBC.

Clark, who officially stepped down from his position last week, said in a recent television interview that he’s dedicated money to charities and causes throughout his career to help bridge that divide.

In particular, says CBC, Clark’s been noted for his support of at-risk youth and Toronto’s LGBT community. Read more.
