Rocchi is the CEO of Green Power Action.

Member firms elected eight directors altogether: four as industry directors (Robert Blanchard, George Gosbee, Michelle Khalili and Tom Kloet), and four as independent (Mike Gagné, Brian Heidecker, Daniel Muzyka and Eric Kirzner).

Six directors who were elected to the Board at the 2010 AGM are now continuing with the second year of their two-year terms. These individuals include M. Marianne Harris, Yves Néron and Tal Cohen as industry directors, and Daniel Leclair, Gerry Rocchi and Grant Vingoe as independent directors.
