Invesco Canada plans to reduce four of its global funds to two. The Invesco Global Equity Class will be merged with the Trimark Global Dividend Class, and the Invesco Global Balanced Fund will be merged with the Trimark Global Balanced Fund.

The mergers require regulatory and security holder approval. The security holders of each fund will vote at a meeting on July 20, 2012 in Toronto. Details of the proposals will be provided to investors in a management information circular and proxy package in late June.

If approved, the mergers will take effect after the close of business on July 27, 2012. staff
