Going forward, the fund will be managed by Charles Edwardes-Ker, vice-president and director, TD Asset Management. Edwardes-Ker has more than 25 years of experience in equity investing. He currently leads the active international equity team and is the lead manager of the TD Strategic Yield Fund.

The investment objective of the fund will not change, but the approach to managing the fund will reflect the proprietary research the fund manager will use to identify investment opportunities in high-quality companies.
