PlanPlus and Arius Software have announced the completion of initial integration between their respective service offerings for advisors.

The integration of PlanPlus’s investment and financial planning software and Arius’s account opening software allows advisors to generate investment proposals in PlanPlus, then, once the client has approved, move directly into execution through automated account opening in Arius OpenAdvantage.

“This is an exciting advance and moves advisors one step closer to the Holy Grail of end-to-end processing”, said Shawn Brayman, PlanPlus president. “Account information can flow into PlanPlus for onbook positions and a new proposal generated that supports best practices for risk tolerance assessment and proper portfolio construction, then flow back to Arius for the account opening without unnecessary rekeying.” staff
