RBC adds board member

RBC has appointed David Denison to its Board of Directors.

Denison most recently served as president and CEO of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board from 2005 to 2012. He’s held senior positions in the investment, consulting and asset management businesses in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

He contributes to the community in Toronto, and serves on the World Bank Treasury expert advisory committee. He’s also a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
