Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. will be a portfolio adviser for these funds. Read: TD bank first to offer green bonds The TD U.S. Shareholder Yield Fund gives investors access to a diversified portfolio of U.S. income-producing securities, says the firm. Companies in the portfolio are selected for their potential to generate free cash flow and focus on creating shareholder yield through dividends, share repurchases and debt reductions. Read: Which stocks are hot right now? In addition, the firm will expand its Cash Flow Series line-up (H, T, and S series) to its four low volatility funds and the TD North American Dividend Fund.
