It’s an opportunity to relax and spend time with friends and family – and maybe even put your summer diet on the back-burner. But, be careful not to overindulge. A video from the Washington Post looks at nine of the unhealthiest meals, and some of them may surprise you. Three of the top nine are meals offered by The Cheesecake Factory. Their bruleed French toast tops out at 2,780 calories and 93 grams of saturated fat, while one slice of their Reese’s peanut butter chocolate cake cheesecake has 1,500 calories and 21 teaspoons of sugar. Red Robin’s monster meal places first in calories (3,540) and second in sodium content (6,280 g). It’s a double-patty burger with bacon and cheese, combined with unlimited fries and a salted caramel milkshake.
