Tim Hortons advises disgruntled customers

Canada’s favourite coffee chain has offered customers a simple suggestion.

Following the release of a humorous complaint letter about the company’s flat coffee lids last week, Tim Hortons has told java lovers they can always ask for its dome-style lids when ordering beverages, reports Financial Post.
