U.S. rental housing firm postpones IPO

Colony American Homes, an Arizona-based company that buys cheap houses and rents them out, is delaying its IPO because comparable companies have recently been trading poorly, reports ft.com.

The firm was expected to raise $245 million from the IPO, with shares priced at $11.50 to $13.
