Wellington Financial opening California office

Wellington Financial, a privately held finance firm, has announced the addition of Rob Helm and Sean Lynden as partners.

Both Helm and Lynden will be based in Wellington’s new office in San Jose, California.

Helm joins Wellington with 14 years of experience financing high-growth technology businesses. Prior to joining Wellington, Rob was a partner with Gold Hill Capital, with responsibilities for transaction sourcing and adjudication.

Lynden has more than 20 years experience providing debt financing to growth companies, primarily in California. As a founding partner of Gold Hill Capital, he was involved in capital raising, transaction sourcing, credit reviews and portfolio management, among other responsibilities.
