Tonia Jahshan, founder of Steeped Tea, is one of Canada’s most successful female entrepreneurs, according to PROFIT and Chatelaine’s 18^th annual W100 list. Her company earned between $10 million and $20 million last year, and has a three-year revenue growth rate of 1,123%.

Each year, PROFIT and Chatelaine rank female entrepreneurs by coming up with composite scores that consider the size, growth rate and profitability of the companies they own and manage.
