Wind Mobile deal stalled; Siemens beats Bombardier

The federal government is wary of two deals aiming to formalize foreign control of Toronto-based Wind Mobile, reports The Globe and Mail.

It adds one of the company’s major investor s, VimpelCom, wants to capitalize on new foreign ownership legislation changes. But the process has been drawn-out and challenging. Read more.
