Glen has been working in the financial industry for almost 20 yrs. He started out as an advisor and has spent the last 15 years working as a wholesaler. Originally from Montreal, he and his family have been living in Halifax for the last decade. He earned a BA in economics from Concordia and graduate degree in management from McGill.
Glen took up running about 5 years ago and has since run several half-marathons.

Maxime Chevalier
Expert Advisor, Alternative Strategies – Desjardins Global Asset Management
As an Expert Advisor, Maxime specializes in the analysis of alternative strategies. With in-depth knowledge of the financial markets and a passion for quantitative analysis, he offers skills that complement those of the other members of the Business Development and Client Relationship Maxime joined DGAM in 2022 with 12 years of experience in investment risk management and other portfolio management related activities. After starting his career at Standard Life Investment as a quantitative portfolio management specialist, Maxime held various positions in the industry. Recently, as a Manager at KPMG, he advised investment teams at CPPIB, CDPQ and other Canadian pension funds on how to adopt best investment risk management practices.
Maxime holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique de Montréal and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Université Laval.
Tommy Nguyen
Manager and Head of Global Equities – Desjardins Global Asset Management
Tommy Nguyen is the co-lead manager of the Market Neutral Strategy and manages the DGAM Canadian Equity portfolios. Tommy is responsible for the analysis of the energy and gold and precious metal sectors. Prior to joining Desjardins Global Asset Management in 2015, he was managing portfolios for Professionals Financial and Palos Management. He has been working in the financial industry since 2003.
Mr. Nguyen holds a bachelors' degree in software engineering from Concordia University and an executive master’s degree in business administration from Athabasca University.

Register for the webinar
Follow the “Register Now” link and fill out the required fields on the registration page. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to reserve the date and time in your calendar. You will receive a reminder the day before and an hour before the live webinar. Before joining the webinar, check that your device meets the system requirements.
Attend the webinar
From a desktop computer, click the “Join Webinar” link in the confirmation email and follow the steps to run the GoToWebinar application. From a mobile device, download the free GoToWebinar app. Once downloaded, either click the “Join Webinar” link in the confirmation email or open the app and enter the session ID. To qualify for CE credits, you must listen to the audio and watch the PowerPoint presentation from start to finish.
Go to CE Corner
Approximately four weeks after watching the live webinar, you will receive an email notification from CE Corner stating that the webinar has been accredited and your certificate is ready. Sign up or log in to CE Corner to download your certificate.
Missed the webinar?
After the live webinar, a recording will be uploaded to CE Corner for on-demand viewing. Sign up or log in to CE Corner, watch the video and pass a quiz to be eligible to receive credits. Those who registered for the live webinar will receive an email notification when the recording is available.
