Tammy Cash is an award-winning Chartered Marketer with more than 25 years of financial services experience. She is Co-Head of Women in ETFs Canada and Head of the Marketing and PR Committee at the Canadian ETF Association (CETFA). Founded in January 2014, Women in ETFs works to connect, support, and inspire women in the ETF industry in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Tammy also leads marketing at Horizons ETFs.

About the moderator

Bobby is a Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments and Head of Platform & Institutional ETF Distribution responsible for the overall development of ETF business within the Canadian institutional market. Prior to this role, Bobby was Vice President and Head of SPDR ETFs Canada responsible for the overall distribution of SPDR ETFs to institutional investors throughout Canada including pension plans, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, investment consultants, asset managers and banks.

As Senior Investment Strategist, Kevin has a range of responsibilities, from market and economic analysis to investor education. He analyzes and interprets the economy and markets on behalf of Manulife Investment Management, and works with the portfolio management teams to provide clients and investment intermediaries with guidance and commentary on strategies and asset allocation weightings.

Joe is responsible for product management, risk management, business intelligence and business strategy as well as sub-advisory relations for National Bank Investments (NBI), the leading Canadian retail open architecture platform. In addition, Joe is responsible for optimizing net interest income across the Bank’s Wealth Management division, in close collaboration with treasury and financial markets teams. Prior to joining National Bank, Joe spent 6 years at a global management consultancy, in Europe and the Middle East.

Jonathan is an ETF Specialist responsible for ETF distribution in Canada and works closely with the Wholesaling and National Accounts Teams across Canada with a focus on differentiating TD ETF offerings within the marketplace and driving market share growth. He has extensive experience in the Canadian Investment Industry in various roles including Senior Sales Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Sales Coach and Consultative Sales.
