Thanks to longstanding and deep-seated stereotypes, women clients are often thought of as lesser investors than their male counterparts, despite research demonstrating otherwise. Stereotypes hurt all investors whenever an inappropriate level of knowledge or risk propensity for a client is assumed based on gender. Even the most well-meaning and open-minded financial advisor can inadvertently be swayed – so what can be done to ensure thorough, bias-free client discovery?

In this virtual roundtable hosted by Investment Executive and Advisor’s Edge that aired live on Wednesday, March 9 at 1:00 pm ET, our panel of experts dig into the strategies, tactics and fact-based research that can help financial advisors serve all of their clients better.
