To help keep your employees happy and on staff for longer, do semi-annual “stay interviews,” Beverly Kaye, co-author of Hello Stay Interviews, Goodbye Talent Loss, tells Canadian Business.

A stay interview is a semi-annual check in that gives bosses a chance to check in with their workers and address minor problems before they become resignation-worthy issues.
