Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. is terminating four ETFs at the close of business on March 10.

The firm has announced that the Horizons China High Dividend Yield Index ETF, the Horizons Cdn Insider Index ETF, the Horizons Natural Gas Yield ETF and the Horizons US 7-10 Year Treasury Bond CAD Hedged ETF will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on or about March 5.

Effective Dec. 31, 2020, no direct subscriptions for the ETFs will be accepted, “except in limited circumstances,” according to a release.

As at the termination date, remaining securityholders will receive the net proceeds from the liquidation of the funds’ assets on a pro rata basis, less all liabilities and expenses.
