Invesco renames QQQ ETF

The fund company also announced changes to the ETF’s management fee

Invesco Canada Ltd. is revamping the Invesco QQQ Index ETF, complete with a new name, management fee and investment strategy.

The Invesco QQQ Index ETF will be renamed the Invesco NASDAQ 100 Index ETF on May 14, the firm said on Thursday.

To reflect this new moniker, Invesco is adjusting the fund’s investment strategy, and the ETF’s management fee will be reduced on May 14 from 0.25% to 0.2%.
