Toronto-based Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. announced on Thursday that it has lowered the risk ratings of 13 ETFs.

Twelve ETFs have had their risk ratings lowered from “medium” to “low to medium,” while the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap Index ETF has had its risk rating lowered from “medium to high” to “medium.” The changes are effective immediately.

The investment objectives, strategies and management of the ETFs remain the same, Vanguard said in a release.
