Bre-X lawsuits to be dismissed

It’s been more than 15 years since Bre-X Minerals was linked to news of fake gold samples coming from Indonesia, reports The Globe and Mail.

But lawyers are giving up on pending lawsuits, it adds, since representatives will appear in court next month to have all cases dismissed. Read more.
