CWB Trust Services appoints new GM

Edmonton-based CWB Trust Services has appointed Bjorn Frohnsdorf vice president and general manager. 

Frohnsdorf has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as assistant vice president, client strategies for CWB Wealth Management.

Prior to joining CWB Financial Group, Frohnsdorf had leadership roles at Lysander Funds Ltd. and RBC Global Asset Management. 

Frohnsdorf succeeds the retiring Scott Scobie. In a release, CWB Trust Services said it has planned for an “extended and strategic hand-off of responsibilities” from Scobie to Frohnsdorf.
