The name of the newly formed company is Fiera Properties Limited. It will be headed by Stuart Lazier, principal shareholder of Axia Investments, who has been named its president and CEO.

Catherine Ann Marshall, who has close to twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, has also joined the company as vice-president.
