Four lawyers join OSC’s SPAC

The Ontario Securities Commission’s (OSC) has appointed four new members to its Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee (SPAC), which provides the commission’s Office of the Secretary with advice on policy and procedural initiatives involving its administrative tribunal.

The new additions include David Sischy of Groia & Co., James Camp of Camp Advocacy, Adam Chisholm of McMillan LLP and Craig Lockwood of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.

The SPAC is comprised of lawyers that focus on securities litigation, along with staff of the OSC’s enforcement branch and its Office of the Secretary. It’s chaired by Grace Knakowski, secretary to the OSC.
