IIAC comments on CCMR

The IIAC has submitted a comment letter on the Revised Capital Markets Act and Draft Initial Regulations for the Cooperative Capital Markets Regulatory System (CCMR).

The industry group says it’s “identified some issues with both the Revised CMA and the Draft Regulations” and urges participating jurisdictions to give these concerns “due consideration in future revisions.” Read more here.
