Previously announced objective changes

On July 17, 2018, securityholders approved changes to the investment objectives of the following funds:

  • Invesco Active Multi-Sector Credit Fund (formerly known as Invesco Advantage Bond Fund)
  • Invesco 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index ETF Fund (formerly known as PowerShares 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index Fund)
  • Invesco Canadian Dividend Index ETF Class (formerly known as PowerShares Canadian Dividend Index Class)
  • Invesco Canadian Preferred Share Index ETF Class (formerly known as PowerShares Canadian Preferred Share Index Class)
  • Invesco FTSE RAFI Canadian Index ETF Class (formerly known as PowerShares FTSE RAFI Canadian Fundamental Index Class)

Changes to the investment objectives of Invesco Active Multi-Sector Credit Fund were made to allow for a global multi-sector approach, a release said.

Changes to the investment objectives of the other funds are expected to increase trading efficiency, as the portfolio management team can invest in the Invesco ETF that tracks each fund’s respective index, rather than buying and selling the underlying securities that make up each index.
