Jill Chua joins Raymond James

Raymond James Ltd. has named Jill Chua as managing director, financial institutions and financial technology, the firm said on Tuesday.

In her new role, Chua will integrate the firm’s cross-border capabilities to assist Canadian financial services firms with their mergers and acquisitions advisory and financing needs. She will report to Sean Martin, head of financial institutions and financial technology investment banking.

Chua brings with her more than 12 years of investment banking experience as well as an additional six years of consulting experience at global financial, accounting and consulting firms. She’s worked at RBC Capital Markets and most recently Deloitte Canada.

“With her extensive experience, Jill will be a great addition to support our Canadian clients,” said Martin.
