Lipper Fund announces 2018 award winners for Canada

RBC Global Asset Management’s Phillips, Hager & North Investment Services received the award for best overall fund group for Canada at the 2018 Lipper Fund Awards.

Phillips, Hager & North also won the best bond fund group. Capital Group won for the best equity group and ATB Investment Management won for best mixed assets group.

In the group ETF category, Horizons ETFs won for bonds and Vanguard took the equity award.

The Lipper Fund Awards, which recognize the performance of funds and fund management firms over three, five and 10-year periods, are given out around the world. The Canadian winners were announced Wednesday in Toronto.
