Mackenzie Investments announced the launch of the Mackenzie International Dividend Fund on Tuesday.

The new fund, managed by Mackenzie’s global equity and income team led by Darren McKiernan, invests in dividend-paying companies outside of Canada and the U.S., providing exposure to different regions in different economic cycles.

“We believe this fund is an excellent option for investors seeking a core strategy to diversify their portfolio while accessing leading international companies,” Michael Schnitman, senior vice-president and head of product at Mackenzie Investments, said in a release.
