Manulife appoints financial services exec to board

Manulife Financial Corporation had appointed Nicole Arnaboldi to its board of directors, the Toronto-based firm said in a release on Wednesday.

Arnaboli has held a number of senior roles at Credit Suisse in its wealth and asset management businesses.

“With Nicole’s significant experience at a major financial institution, specifically in the asset management field, we are confident she will provide valuable perspective and have a positive impact on Manulife and on our board,” said John Cassaday, chairman of Manulife’s board, in the release.

Arnaboldi joins the board’s management resources and compensation committee, and the risk committee.
