OSC publishes FAQs about proceedings

The OSC has published frequently asked questions, or FAQs, to help those involved in proceedings before the commission’s tribunal.

“Frequently Asked Questions about Proceedings” was written to help respondents, including self-represented parties and others involved in proceedings, the OSC said Tuesday in a release.

The FAQs provide general information about proceedings and an overview of steps typically taken during different kinds of proceedings.
