OSC schedules new webinars for SMEs

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has developed new webinars to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) understand and navigate the requirements to become public companies in Ontario.

The webinars, offered for free through the OSC SME Institute, are aimed at reporting issuers, legal counsel and other advisors of SMEs, and cover the report of exempt distribution, continuous disclosure and current trends in prospectus filings.
