Addeo, who was previously executive vice president, head of private client solutions is succeeded in that role by Sybil Verch, who also will lead the firm’s practice management initiatives. Verch has been with Raymond James since 2011 and was previously the national director of wealth management.

Rousseau, who was previously executive vice president, head of wealth management, is succeeded in that role by Jamie Coulter. Coulter, who joined Raymond James’s predecessor firm in 1995, was previously Toronto complex manager.

Both Verch and Coulter have been branch managers with the firm.

“These appointments help in many ways to deepen our Wealth Management leadership team and I am confident that Sybil and Jamie will build upon the strong foundation already in place,” Allison said.
